Volunteer of the Year Award

MCGC wants to honor all participants in our activity, especially the ones who take on background roles so that the performers can shine. Volunteer of the Year seeks to recognize all the Band Dads, Seamstress Moms, and all the other volunteers that get our units down the road.

Nominations are due by Mar 11. They will be evaluated by a small committee. Three winners will be recognized at MCGC State Championships, one at each Awards Ceremony. Nominees will also receive a certificate so that they know their unit nominated them and appreciates all the hard work they do!

Spirit of MCGC Award

Have you noticed a team that is always rooting for others? One that just nails it on and off the floor? Now performers can recognize each other for upholding our “respect for all” philosophy while putting on a great show. Directors, Staff, and Performers can all keep an eye out for candidates at regular season shows.

Each unit gets one (1) collective vote from now until Mar 24. The winner will be announced at Championships.

For Vendors

Vendor Application

Individuals or organizations interested in having a vendor booth at MCGC State Championships should fill out the Vendor Form. Vendor Application Forms must be postmarked on or before Mar 13.

This form is a fillable PDF, meaning you can type all of your information into the form using a PDF reader, and then print the completed form to send with payment. The total dollar amount is not auto-fill. Completing all sections of this form will help with vendor layout, and getting your publicity to the announcer. Additional wristbands are not available with the form, but can be purchased through mcgc.net. More information on that is in the form.

Payment can be made online. Please read the "I have paid online" instructions for the online payment form, and make sure you email the completed form after finishing online payment.
