Hall of Fame Nomination Process

Submitting a Letter of Nomination

To nominate a candidate for the MCGC Hall of Fame, please submit 3 letters of nomination that includes the following:

 

  1. The candidate's complete name, address, telephone number (including area code) and email address
     

  2. Your Recommendation Letter – in two pages or less, explain why you feel this candidate should be considered for membership in the MCGC Hall of Fame
     

  3.  List the candidate's background in our activity
     

  4. Describe the candidate's contribution to MCGC and the activity in general
     

  5. YOUR name, address, telephone number (including area code), your signature and the date of submission
     

Email all three letters to Brian Liwak on or before Mar 7. Members of the MCGC Hall of Fame will review all submitted nominations. New inductees are announced annually at the MCGC Championships.
